What happens after I submit an enquiry?
Your enquiry appears instantly in your dashboard under "My Enquiries". The property owner or builder reviews it and contacts you directly. You can also request a site visit, compare shortlisted properties and track follow-ups — all from your dashboard.
What is the "Compare" feature?
Click the Compare button on any property card to add it to your comparison list (up to 3 properties). Once 2 or more are selected, a panel appears at the bottom — click "Compare Now" to see a detailed side-by-side table of price, area, BHK, furnishing and more.
How does shortlisting work?
Click the ❤ heart icon on any property card to save it to your shortlist. Shortlisted properties are stored locally and also synced to your account dashboard under "Saved Properties". There is no limit to how many you can shortlist.
Do you cover both residential and commercial?
Yes — all property types are supported: apartments, villas, independent houses, row houses, studios, penthouse, shops, offices, showrooms, warehouses, co-working spaces, residential plots, commercial plots, agricultural land, farm land, and more across all Indian cities.
What does "admin verified" mean?
Before any listing goes live, our team manually reviews the property details, photos, and the owner/builder identity. This filters out fake, duplicate or misleading listings. You will always see a genuine listing from the actual owner or developer.
How much can I save by avoiding a broker?
Typically 1–2% of the total property value. On a ₹30L property that is ₹30,000–₹60,000 saved. On a ₹1 Crore deal you save ₹1L–₹2L. Rental brokerage is usually 1 month rent — which you also save completely on our platform.
